Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following domestic shipping options:

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Check our current promotions at checkout for details.

Delivery Delays

COTALACE is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances. For the most accurate tracking information, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you will receive a refund minus any applicable shipping and restocking fees.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and unworn
  • Item is in its original condition with all tags attached
  • Item is in its original packaging with all accessories intact
  • Sanitary liners (where applicable) must remain attached

Please Note: Items that do not meet these return guidelines will be sent back to the customer and will not qualify for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for returns or exchanges
  • Costumes are ineligible for a cash refund. Costumes returned within 30 days of delivery may be accepted for store credit or exchange only

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@cotalace.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the packing slip
  5. Ship the package back using a trackable shipping method

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow up to three weeks for processing once your return is received.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us at support@cotalace.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve it promptly.
